About Norfolk Chiropractic
At Norfolk Chiropractic Clinic, we believe healthcare should be clear, supportive and never rushed.
The clinic was founded by chiropractors Apryl Aylott and Jack Fordyce, with Jack currently providing care at the clinic. Together, they established the clinic with a shared commitment to delivering high-quality, professional chiropractic care in a welcoming environment.
Jack takes the time to conduct a thorough assessment and clearly explain his findings, recommendations and the options available, helping you make informed and confident decisions about your care.

Back pain can come on suddenly or develop gradually over time. We’ll look at how your back is moving, consider what may be contributing to your symptoms and discuss the options available to help you get moving comfortably again.
A stiff or painful neck can affect everything from working and driving to sleeping and exercising. Taking the time to understand when and how your symptoms affect you helps us determine the most appropriate approach to your care.
Not every headache has the same cause. Our first priority is understanding the nature of your symptoms and assessing whether your neck and surrounding muscles and joints may be playing a role.
Reaching overhead, getting dressed, sleeping on your side or exercising can all become difficult when your shoulder isn’t moving comfortably. We’ll work to establish what is limiting you and help you regain comfortable, confident movement.
Hip problems can show up in very different ways, from discomfort with everyday walking or sitting to pain that stops you exercising or playing sport. Understanding how your hip is affecting you allows us to focus on getting you back to the activities you want to do.
The knee doesn’t work in isolation. How your hip and ankle move, the strength around the joint and the demands you place on it can all be relevant, so we look beyond the painful area itself when assessing the problem.
A sports injury might be a recent setback or something that returns every time you increase your training. Rather than looking at the injury alone, we consider the demands of your particular sport and what you need from your body to get back to it.
Pain travelling into the leg can have several possible causes, which makes a careful assessment particularly important. We’ll take a detailed history and carry out an appropriate examination before clearly explaining our findings and what we recommend next.
Honest Advice. Clear Expectations.
We believe healthcare works best when expectations are clear. We will explain our findings and recommendations openly, giving you the information you need to feel confident in your care.
